Martin Apartments in Platte City have been family-owned and operated for over 30 years. They had lovely properties, but sadly you could not tell from that outdated website. They reached out to us to help to update their site as well as start advertising using Google Ads for them.
As we tell most of our website clients, a website is only as attractive as the photos we have to work with. So the property owners went to work, staging and shooting new photos in all four of their building types. They did not want to manage the availability of the buildings through the site, but simply wanted people to call for tours.
When the final website was complete, the project owners at Martin Apartments showed some of their staff. “That’s OUR website??” they asked, incredulously. It was a proud moment,. Building a website is a huge undertaking from any company, and it is such a great feeling to have it accomplished and successful!
