We provide basic web hosting for users who are able to handle their own website maintenance. Our web servers are optimized for WordPress website hosting. Although the servers are maintained and monitored for uptime, NO website maintenance or security updates are included.
Please note that you must keep your plugins up to date. If your site is hacked, you will have 48 hours to remove the corrupted files from our server. If you need your site restored from a weekly backup point, you may request this via support ticket. A full site restoration to the latest backup available is $79.
